A 99 run opening partnership by Andrew Davis and Phil Jeffries set up a strong Kings Heath total of 270 for 6 in only 45 overs. Jeffries batted on to make 94 off his own bat, eventually falling for 94 attempting a six into the gardens at midwicket, but was caught on the boundary.
